Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.
Please note that BHG Co. does not ship orders on weekends and is closed on Sundays. Orders placed after business hours on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Local Pickup
BHG Co. offers FREE local pickup for eligible orders.
Customers selecting local pickup will receive an email or message with pickup instructions once the order is ready.
Please wait for confirmation before arriving for pickup.
Delivery Times
Estimated shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are outside of our control.
BHG Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs delays
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us as soon as possible with:

- Photos of damage (if applicable)
- Any relevant shipping information
